Updated MAVELLA Rep Program

Hey MAVELLA FAM! 

If you’re interested in repping for our brand, please read the conditions and requirements below. As always, we appreciate your support and value the work you put into repping our brand.

 

As a Rep, you’ll need to:

  • No engaging in drama.  This is one of the most important rules, and you will be terminated effective immediately. You are the face of MAVELLA, therefore it is super important you refrain from posts and comments that cause drama and bring it to the group and brand. 
  • We do not tolerate: homophobia, transphobia, sexism, bigotry, racism, ableism, harassment, misogyny, and anything else that can/would potentially hurt another person. We are an all INCLUSIVE brand and we want our reps to hold the same values as we do. If you are in any way hateful or rude to another person, you will be removed from the rep program and forfeit any future opportunities to work with Mavella Boutique, LLC in ANY capacity.
  • Mavella Boutique, LLC has three main goals - please familiarize yourself with our mission and make sure it aligns with your own views. Mavella Boutique was created to produce non gender specific prints, provide affordable options, and to give back to our communities. 
  • ASK QUESTIONS. If you don’t know the answer to something, please tag a lead rep, the owner, or ask in the Mavella Rep Chat. 
  • You must be following all social media platforms! We want our reps to see our posts and comment on them to help the algorithm. We have Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook Business Page, and the VIP group that you must be a member/follower of. (If you don’t have tiktok/instagram, no, you do not need to make one, just let us know.) 
  • Disclose your affiliation! We want our reps to be upfront and transparent. Every comment, post, story, etc, should clearly state that you are affiliated with the brand. You can do that by sharing your rep code, your link, or simply stating “I am affiliated with Mavella but we love them!”
  • Communication: We are a family first brand. If there is ever a time where you feel as if repping is taking up too much time we ask that you let us know for a number of reasons. You will not be ridiculed for stepping down, not being able to make purchases for all drops, etc. 
  • One post and one link need to be submitted by Sunday night each week. They won't be approved right away, but spread out through the week to help with engagement.
  • Content Creation Guidelines: We will provide templates to use that help us stay on brand across the board. While we want you to be able to utilize your creative ability, it is essential that all posts made are consistent with our brand image. 
  • Be active in rep groups and BST groups. If someone’s post says “no links please” we ask that you don’t comment. No “I know you said no links, but..” 
  • Respond to ISO posts in groups.  If there are already a number of MAVELLA reps commenting, you don't have to add to that post so it doesn't come off as spammy. Please just “second” the original reps comment. Example: “I second this brand!”
  • One reel/Tiktok needs to be submitted per month.
  • Hype up other peoples posts in VIP. Please comment 4 WORDS or more. Emoji only comments are ok sometimes, but we ask that it not be the only thing you comment. 
  • You must purchase at least TWO items during your rep term. 
  • You must be ok with us using your photos for marketing purposes. (If you want to pose yourself or your child in a way that makes their face not visible, this is totally ok with us.) We will always ask/mention that we are planning on using a photo you have submitted. 
  • HAVE FUN! This is not a job. We are not your boss. We want you to have fun, make friends, and help us build our community. We understand there is a lot of responsibility associated with being a brand rep and we truly appreciate all of the members of our rep team. We are creating long lasting relationships and are so excited to offer this program to so many people.
